2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScopeMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Description of the Service

ScopeMind is a competitive intelligence and analytics platform for Amazon sellers. It monitors publicly available listing information, stores historical snapshots, provides analytical insights, and may access seller performance data only through authorized Amazon APIs with explicit user permission.

4. Data Sources and API Usage

ScopeMind collects publicly available marketplace data and seller-specific data only when the user provides authorization via Amazon's Selling Partner API. Sales, traffic and listing data retrieved from a seller's Seller Central account is used only to provide the Service to that seller and is never disclosed to other users. ScopeMind complies with Amazon's API policies. Users are responsible for maintaining compliance with Amazon's policies.

5. Subscriptions, Renewal and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are shown before you confirm your purchase.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at your plan’s price at that time, until you cancel. We will tell you before any price increase takes effect for your plan.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the app: open the account menu, then Billing & Plans → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

Changing plans. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will let you know by email and may limit your account to read-only access until the payment succeeds.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If ScopeMind isn’t right for you, email hello@scopemind.io within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full.

7. AI Features

Some features, such as the Niche Analyst and Image Intelligence, use artificial intelligence from third-party providers, described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong. It is provided for information only and is not professional, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on it. Do not enter sensitive personal data into questions you ask the AI features.

8. Share & Earn Referral Program

Customers can invite others with a personal code and link from the account menu (Share & Earn). A new customer who enters that code at checkout gets 20% off every subscription payment for as long as their subscription continues; the link alone gives no discount. The customer who invited them earns a commission of 20% of each payment that new customer makes, for as long as they stay subscribed, when the new customer used the code or subscribed through the link.

Eligibility. The discount is only for customers who have not paid for ScopeMind before. You cannot earn a commission on your own account or your own business, and accounts created to get around this rule are not eligible.

Payouts. Commissions are tracked and paid through our affiliate platform, monthly, by PayPal or bank transfer once you have added payout details there. A commission is paid 30 days after it is earned, and a payment that is refunded or disputed earns no commission. You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.

Fair use. Do not bid on “ScopeMind” in paid search ads, make false claims about the Service, or send unsolicited messages, and say that your link is a referral link when you share it publicly. We may withhold commission earned in breach of these rules, switch off a link or code, or change or end the program. Commission already earned under these rules will still be paid.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service only for lawful purposes, comply with all applicable laws and Amazon policies, and not misuse or reverse engineer the Service.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, and how you can have your account and data deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

ScopeMind provides analytical tools and insights. The Service does not guarantee specific performance outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoper Minder OÜ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and tell you about significant changes by email or in the app before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
